WARNING: The full graphic novel has blood, violence, gore, as well as nudity with women
The final entry of our Pride edition of Nerdcore Friday is Alejandro Jodorowsky’s Le Pape Terrible (The Terrible Pope). I couldn’t find the English translation of books three and four, so we’ll have to make do with the original French version.
The blurb:
On August 18, 1503, Pope Alexander VI died of a mysterious illness. At dawn, the race for the papal throne began, and to win it, nepotism, debauchery, and poison became commonplace. In addition, Cardinal Della Rovere, the sworn enemy of the Borgia clan, intended to ascend to the supreme function, even if he had to sell his soul to the devil.

Dollsexposed documents full-frontal male nudity in comics and cartoons from mainstream and independent creators. The project was created in response to the longstanding imbalance in how male and female nudity are depicted in popular media.
Outside of Nerdcore, Dollsexposed creates mixed-media and miniature photography. Their work has been included in several juried exhibitions and festivals, including Tucson Erotica Art Show, Seattle Erotic Art Festival, Los Angeles Kinky Art Show, and Los Angeles Leather Getaway.
