As it’s our tradition in featuring First American dicks every Thanksgiving (well, technically every Black Friday since Thanksgiving is on Thursday and Nerdcore comes out every Friday), here’s this year’s installment.
OK, so they’re not really “First American” in the North American sense (where Thanksgiving is celebrated), since the story is set in Tierra del Fuego in Argentina, but anyway.
I really wish we’d seen more dicks (White and otherwise) in this beautiful (and often violent) book.
The blurb:
The “Land of Fire” is an archipelago off the southernmost tip of the South American mainland. As the 19th century comes to a close, it is a vast and desolate land only frequented by gold diggers, English missionaries, Chilean and Argentine military, and the age-old Ona, Alacaluf, and Yamana tribes. Dollsexposed documents full-frontal male nudity in comics and cartoons from mainstream and independent creators. The project was created in response to the longstanding imbalance in how male and female nudity are depicted in popular media.
Outside of Nerdcore, Dollsexposed creates mixed-media and miniature photography. Their work has been included in several juried exhibitions and festivals, including Tucson Erotica Art Show, Seattle Erotic Art Festival, Los Angeles Kinky Art Show, and Los Angeles Leather Getaway.
