Stone Island bears all the hallmarks of a Rebellion comic (Judge Dredd): the darkness, the chaos, the linework. And despite its violence, it’s one of my favorite sci-fi books.

Ian Edginton has co-created The Red Seas, Leviathan, Interceptor and American Gothic for 2000 AD. He has also scripted The Establishment for DC/Wildstorm as well as the graphic novels Scarlet Traces and Kingdom of the Wicked, published by Dark Horse. Simon Davis’ unique, angular painted style has been a fixture of 2000 AD favourite Sinister Dexter for some years now. He has also found the time to create B.L.A.I.R. 1 and Black Siddha, as well as contributing to Downlode Tales, Judge Dredd, Missionary Man, Outlaw, Plagues of Necropolis, Tales of Telguuth, Tharg the Mighty and Vector 13. His most recent non-2000 AD work was on DC’s JLA: Riddle of the Beast.

Dollsexposed documents full-frontal male nudity in comics and cartoons from mainstream and independent creators. The project was created in response to the longstanding imbalance in how male and female nudity are depicted in popular media.
Outside of Nerdcore, Dollsexposed creates mixed-media and miniature photography. Their work has been included in several juried exhibitions and festivals, including Tucson Erotica Art Show, Seattle Erotic Art Festival, Los Angeles Kinky Art Show, and Los Angeles Leather Getaway.
