Ferdinand Walsin Esterházy’s Uncut Dick in “L’Homme de l’année T07”

This is our second entry in March of this year where we highlight comics that feature real people.

With the rise of Jew-hatred everywhere, especially in France, this Delcourt comic book about the Dreyfus Affair feels appropriate.

For a bit of a background, this is Ferdinand Walsin Esterházy’s photo.

The blurb (translated from French):

In a France riddled with rising antisemitism, financial scandals, and a thirst for revenge, the spy Esterházy is unaware that at the German embassy, a cleaning woman will deliver to the French secret service the fragments of the memorandum he discarded after writing to the Germans. Yet, he will not be held accountable. The Military General Staff will accuse and condemn a Jewish officer: Alfred Dreyfus.

Original title: L’Homme de l’année T07 1894 (French)
Writer: Fred Duval
Artist, colorist: Florent Calvez
Publisher: Delcourt (French/2014)

Dollsexposed documents full-frontal male nudity in comics and cartoons from mainstream and independent creators. The project was created in response to the longstanding imbalance in how male and female nudity are depicted in popular media.

Outside of Nerdcore, Dollsexposed creates mixed-media and miniature photography. Their work has been included in several juried exhibitions and festivals, including Tucson Erotica Art Show, Seattle Erotic Art Festival, Los Angeles Kinky Art Show, and Los Angeles Leather Getaway.
